Please use the following page to report vehicle violations within the Sycamore Glen Homeowner's Association.

Please note:

• That this process is completely anonymous, no personal information is collected about the person reporting the violation
• This page uses Geofencing, for security purposes, this ensures that violations may only be reported from within the Sycamore Glen Community
• You MUST grant sycamoreglenhoa.com permission to access to your location if you wish to use this reporting tool.

STORED VEHICLE:

• This process requires that you take a PORTRAIT photo of the vehicle in question
• Please stand approximately 4 to 6 feet behind the rear of the vehicle, or front of the vehicle if the vehicle has a front license plate, if possible - no angle greater than 30 degrees
• Please try to include as much of the vehicle as possible - see example below
• Please ensure that the license plate is in focus
• Once the photo has been taken the system will automatically upload the photo and try to read the license plate number. Once that process has been completed the system will try and obtain the GPS location of the vehicle.

• This process requires that you take a LANDSCAPE photo of the vehicle in question
• Please include the address number of the unit in the photo - see example below
• Please include as much of the vehicle as possible - see example below
• Once the photo has been taken the system will automatically upload the photo will try and obtain the GPS location of the unit in violation.
