The Architectural Committee for the Tustin Ranch Sycamore Glen Homeowners Association as governed by Article IV of the Association's CC&Rs along with applicable provisions of Article VIII of the CC&Rs have adopted the following policies and documents in regards to the Tustin Ranch Sycamore Glen Condominium Association.

• Installation or replacement of the following items and any other items required to be approved by the CC&Rs, must first be approved by the Architectural Review Committee. These items included, but are not limited to the following: garage doors, windows, any street facing light fixture, front door and or screen/security doors.
• Owners, must, if so requested by the Board of Directors, be able to provide evidence of an approved Architectural Approval Request Form for all external alterations made to their Unit. Failure to provide an approved form will require the owner to rectify the issue at their own expense.
• Owners, are not permitted to commence ANY work until they have received an approved Architectural Application.

• The ONLY Association approved porch and garage exterior light is the Classico Outdoor Wall Lantern in Antique Brass Finish with Clear Beveled Glass - available from SeaGull Lighting.
• The Association does not regulate exterior patio lights, but asks all Homeowners to be considerate to your neighbors in regards to brightness.

Satellite dishes and antennae designed to receive a broadcast signal/services via multi-channel multi-point distribution services (MMDS) may be installed subject to the following criteria:

1. Such dish or antennae is three (3) feet,(36 inches) or less in diameter.
2. The dish or antennae may only be installed on the lower section of the chimney in a position that is aesthetically pleasing in nature and preferably not visible from any common area or street.
3. All cables associated with the installation must be hidden under the eaves.
4. The installation must be performed by a professional installer/company.
5. The owner will be responsible for any damages during the installation, including but not limited to: roofing tiles, fascia, siding, landscaping etc.
6. Installation of a satellite dish or antennae requires the prior, written approval by the Architectural Review Committee, and each owner, at their sole expense, will be required to rectify any installation issues as determined by the Architectural Review Committee.
